Please return unopened/unused items with your original receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges. Return of unopened/unused items are at the purchasers expense.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. Send photos of damaged product, including shipping box to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item please contact us with details of the product, lot number and the defect.
